Privacy Policy

This document explains how the website poliklinikasente.com handles visitor data, which third-party services it loads and what your rights are under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act.

Informative translation · not legally binding

This is an English translation of the privacy policy of poliklinikasente.com, provided for the convenience of visitors who do not read Serbian. It is not a legally binding document. Only the Serbian version, Politika privatnosti, is authoritative.

The translation may contain errors or imprecise wording, and some legal terms have no exact equivalent in English. It may also lag behind the Serbian original after an update. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity or dispute over meaning, the Serbian text prevails.

The law of the Republic of Serbia applies regardless of the language in which you read this document. If anything here matters to a decision you are making, please read the Serbian version or contact us and we will explain it.

02What this policy covers

This policy relates exclusively to the website poliklinikasente.com.

The processing of patients' health data — medical records, test results, charts and registers created during examination and treatment — is governed by healthcare regulations and by the internal rules of the Polyclinic, and is the subject of a separate document which you may request at the reception desk.

03What data the website collects

The website does not collect your personal data. The page has no contact form, no booking form, no newsletter sign-up, no user accounts and no other field for entering data.

The doctor search on the page runs entirely in your browser — what you type is not sent anywhere and is not recorded anywhere.

Appointments are booked by phone or in person. Any data you give us on that occasion is processed as part of our healthcare activity, not through the website.

04Cookies

The website does not set cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other tool for analytics, visitor tracking or advertising. That is also why there is no cookie consent banner on the site — there is nothing to consent to.

Should this change in the future, this policy will be updated, and your consent will be requested before any cookie that is not strictly necessary for the operation of the website is placed.

05Third-party services loaded by the page

In order to display typography, visual effects and photographs, your browser downloads files from the following services when the page opens. During that download, and by the nature of internet communication, your IP address and basic information about your browser and device are passed to those services:

ServicePurposeProvider
Google Fontsthe Fraunces and Inter typefacesGoogle Ireland Limited
Cloudflare cdnjsgraphics library (Three.js)Cloudflare, Inc.
Sanity CDNphotographs of doctorsSanity.io

These services do not set cookies on our website and are not used to track visitors for marketing purposes. Some of them have servers outside the Republic of Serbia, including in the United States of America.

Links to other websites

The website contains links to Google Maps, to the Polyclinic's Facebook page and to the biramdoktora.rs portal. Those services load only once you click the link yourself, and from that moment their own privacy policies apply, over which we have no influence.

06Hosting server logs

Like every website, this one sits on a server which automatically records technical data about each access: IP address, date and time, the address of the requested page, and the type of browser and operating system.

These logs are created automatically, are necessary for operation, security and fault resolution, are not linked to your name or to any other data, and are not used for profiling. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller — ensuring the stable and secure operation of the website.

07Data you send us yourself

If you contact us by e-mail or by phone, we process the data you give us on that occasion (name, contact details, content of the message) — solely in order to answer your enquiry or to book an appointment. The legal basis is taking steps at your request, that is, the provision of a healthcare service.

We do not pass that data on to third parties, except where required by law.

08Retention periods

09Your rights

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

You may send your request to pksente4a@gmail.com or by post to the address of the Polyclinic. We will reply within the period prescribed by law.

Right to lodge a complaint. If you consider that your data has been processed contrary to the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection — poverenik.rs, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade.

10Security

The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We apply technical and organisational protection measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process.

11Minors

The website is not intended for independent use by children and does not collect data about minors. An appointment for a minor is booked by a parent or legal guardian.

12Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy if the way the website works changes, or if the regulations change. The version in force is always published on this page, with the date of the last amendment. The Serbian version is the one that is amended first; this translation is updated afterwards and may temporarily be out of date.

Last amendment to the Serbian original: 28 August 2026.
This English translation: 12 September 2026. Informative only — the Serbian version is authoritative.
